- Mission Type: The Final Shape

The Witness has made his move, causing Zavala, Ikora, and the Guardian to push the attack, which now leads to a journey to The Pale Heart.
Operation: Ahamkara is now a go and those who are chosen are to make their way into the portal regardless of where its exit point leads.
You must cross the threshold and blindly discover what lies on the other side within the Traveler with your allies.
How To Get Transmigration Mission?
Transmigration is the first mission that you begin once you jump into The Final Shape, provided you have purchased the DLC or Annual Pass.
This begins right away once you log in or you may select it from The Final Shape located in your Destinations Menu.
Transmigration Mission Objectives
The mission begins with you arriving at The Pale Heart, where you will need to make your way across the gaps to reach the waypoint.
Upon reaching the waypoint, there will be a well that you will need to approach and activate, which you may do by shooting at it.
Once activated, you will need to convert the sphere of concentrated Darkness that is created by defeating a nearby Will-Crushed Centurion. (They will drop an Icon of Light)
Once you have the Icon of Light, head back to the sphere and shoot it again to convert it to Light and this will open up a path nearby that leads upward.
You will need to continue scaling the platforms nearby to reach the next area, where a barrier must be removed by shooting its locks.
Continue making your way to the next area by crossing the shifted land that you are traveling while fighting against the new variants of enemies.
Eventually, you will come across a large vent that is locked by a barrier and you can remove it by shooting the locks found around you before you proceed inside.
Once inside, there will be a force of enemies that appear and you will have to fight your way through them to reach another sphere that must be activated.
Proceed by defeating the enemies, including a Will-Charged Centurion that will drop an Icon of Light that you need to pick up before shooting the sphere. (A barrier needs to be taken down around it)
Another path will be opened up and you will need to travel to the waypoint but there will be enemies in your path, including Bound enemies. (Prismatic Variants)
Ghost will tell you that these enemies cannot be defeated and instead, you will have to make your way to the next waypoint, escaping them until you reach the next area.
Another Sphere will need to be activated and you should know by now how these work but in the end there will be more enemies to face before you can convert the Sphere.
After converting the sphere, continue making your way along the path until you reach a chest, which serves as a small reward during the mission.
You will then need to continue jumping across platforms while evading the Prismatic enemies until you are pushed into another location, The Threshold.
To continue, you must approach the portal that is far away but as you continue to reach the edge, platforms will appear and allow you to cross.
Continue making your way toward the portal and you will be brought to The Lost City Outskirts, which is still within The Pale Heart.
Now that you have entered this new area, you will encounter different enemies from a new faction called The Dread.
Fight your way until you reach the next waypoint and there will be a barrier that must be removed by defeating Harvesters of Light. (They drop keys that you use on the barrier)
As you head into the next area there will be a Prismatic Wellspring, which you must stand inside until you can use the Transcend Ability. (Light and Dark energy must be filled)
Fight your way through the remaining enemies until they are cleared out and you may now fight the Bound enemies (Prismatic Variant) before pressing forward.
As you continue to make your way toward the waypoint, another barrier will be blocking your path that also requires 2 keys to be removed.
After going through the path where the barrier was, you will find a Prismatic Conflux and must approach it to begin investigating.
This will start a cutscene that ends with your character unlocking the Prismatic Subclass, a combination of Light and Dark.
Once you have finished checking out the new subclass, you will need to proceed to the next area to defeat all of the combatants in the area.
This will include several enemies as well as a boss named Vrihm, Subjugator of Gardens, who you must defeat to continue.
Open the chest that appears after the boss is defeated and the quest will shortly come to an end, which is where another cutscene begins.
In the cutscene, you stumble upon an old friend, someone who you had lost a long time ago, Cayde-6 who is peacefully playing his harmonica.
The quest ends shortly after the meeting with your long-lost ally, which allows you to continue with the introductory quest of The Final Shape.
Transmigration Rewards
Completing the Transmigration quest allows you to access the Prismatic Subclass, which is already unlocked during the mission.
You may have come across multiple rewards from the chests that you find but these are basic rewards as this is only an introduction to the expansion.
Summary
With The Witness making his move, it was necessary to begin Operation: Ahamkara to put together one last attempt to stop him.
You and Ghost found yourselves alone in a new world that seemed different from where you once came and you even met a lost friend along the way.
Although you and Cayde-6 need to catch up, there is no time as there are more pressing things at hand, including the absence of Crow, who Cayde-6 was supposed to meet.
