Alec B Remains a totally bizarre, often quite funny, 90s comedy. Goes without saying it was unfairly maligned but I do wish we had gotten to see the R rated cut. Rated 3.5/5 Stars •Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars02/20/24 Full Review Augustine J Dirty Work is alright, but it's not for everyone. It feels like an Adam Sandler movie that Norm McDonald was plopped into. He does a good job, and by good job, I mean he literally just acts like Norm McDonald. If you like Norm McDonald, go ahead and watch this movie, you'll enjoy it. Rated 3/5 Stars •Rated 3 out of 5 stars01/01/24 Full Review M R How is this Norm McDonald's only film? It is very funny. I think Bob Saget directed it though and he has a very funny cameo in the film alongside Chris Farley. This movie is pretty juvenile but it will make you laugh.Rating: 7.5/10 Rated 3.5/5 Stars •Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars11/09/23 Full Review Miles M It is exactly what you would expect from a movie written and starring Norm Mcdonald and directed by Bob Saget. It's stupid, but the jokes are funny both sly and over the top. Another film that could never be made today. Rated 4/5 Stars •Rated 4 out of 5 stars09/21/23 Full Review Audrey K This movie is honestly one of my favorite movies of all time. Every time I rewatch it. I find new things to laugh at. I love this movie so much! I don't believe I could ever get sick of it. I just had a blast for 80+ minutes of Norman's nonsenses. Rated 5/5 Stars •Rated 5 out of 5 stars07/22/23 Full Review Read all reviews

Filmed at Wycliffe College and elsewhere around Toronto, Ontario, Canada in 1997, the film was produced for an estimated $13 million. In his first appearance on The Howard Stern Show on September 18, 2008, Chevy Chase discussed the film's production and release with Artie Lange.
In 1978, it was included in Michael Medved's book, The Fifty Worst Films of All Time, and has since been listed as one of the worst films ever made, by Flavorwire, Rotten Tomatoes, and The Golden Turkey Awards.
An unpleasant, distasteful, or thankless task or job. For example, Jane complained that she had to do all the dirty work while her colleagues took long vacations . [ First half of 1900s]
There's some good scenes of coolly presented crime in this film. Content collapsed. Jean-Pierre Melville's Dirty Money, aka Un Flic, has a gritty and realistic surface that holds our attention even when the complex and unrealistic story can't.
Overall, The Dirty Picture is a right blend of wonderful script, amazing direction and bold performance from the lead actors. The movie has a universal theme and mass appealing story.
