We're two months into the 2023 NFL season, yet fantasy football managers will become acquainted with a few new sleeper options for Week 11.

Over the past few weeks, backups and rotational players have done enough to garner the fantasy spotlight. Don't overlook players on a hot streak because they're No. 2 or 3 at their position on a depth chart, either.

Aside from a deep dive into offensive personnel groupings, we're going to target a defensive unit that gave up 41 points last week. Our Week 11 QB-TE sleeper stack could rack up matchup-winning numbers against one of the league's worst pass defenses.

Lastly, we have one sleeper who will be a must-start running back pending the status of a key player on the injury report, and he's shockingly available in about 94 percent of point-per-reception leagues.

Check out our eight sleeper picks who are all available in at least 50 percent of PPR leagues based on FantasyPros' consensus roster percentages.

QB Jordan Love vs. Los Angeles Chargers (44 Percent Rostered)

Anyone who watched the offensive matchup between the Detroit Lions and Los Angeles Chargers understands why Jordan Love belongs on the sleeper list this week.

In Week 10, the Chargers lost 41-38 to the Lions, and Jared Goff threw for 333 yards and two touchdowns. Going into Week 11, Los Angeles allows the most passing yards per game and the second-most fantasy points to quarterbacks.

The Green Bay Packers have enabled Love to take on a high-risk passing approach that may reward fantasy football managers.

For the season, Love has thrown for 14 touchdowns and 10 interceptions; he's second leaguewide in average intended air yards per pass attempt, per Next Gen Stats.

Against the Chargers' porous pass defense, Love should have some success airing it out downfield. If you insert him into starting lineups, expect to rack up points for passing yards and touchdowns, but also prepare for an interception or two as well.

QB Matthew Stafford vs. Seattle Seahawks (35 Percent Rostered)

2 of 8

Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay expects Matthew Stafford to play against the Seattle Seahawks this week, and until he says otherwise, managers should plug Stafford into their lineups.

"We are operating with the anticipation and expectation that he is going to be good to go," McVay said about Stafford via The Athletic's Jourdan Rodrigue. "He'll be pushing through, but we expect him to be able to start and play and do his thing and lead the way this week."

Back in Week 8, Stafford sprained his UCL in his throwing hand and sat out for Week 9. Coming out of a bye week, he seems primed to get back under center to face the Seahawks' 22nd-ranked pass defense. Last week, Washington Commanders quarterback Sam Howell threw for 312 yards and three touchdowns against Seattle.

Stafford has a star wideout in Cooper Kupp and a budding receiver in Puka Nacua, who leads all rookies in catches (64) and receiving yards (827). With an extra week to prepare for a bottom-third pass defense, Stafford could have a strong Week 11 outing.

Fantasy managers should add or keep tabs on Carson Wentz in case Stafford isn't able to play Sunday.

RB Ty Chandler at Denver Broncos (8 Percent Rostered)

Last week, we suggested that managers pick up Ty Chandler, and he recorded 15 carries for 45 yards and a touchdown against the New Orleans Saints as the backup to running back Alexander Mattison.

While you should want more efficiency out of a sleeper pick, Chandler makes the list for consecutive weeks because he's still an under-the-radar running back ahead of a matchup with one of the league's worst run defenses.

Last week, Mattison suffered a concussion, which jeopardizes his availability for Week 11.

The Denver Broncos allow the most rushing yards per game and the most rushing yards per carry. Despite a big win over the Buffalo Bills last Monday, the Broncos gave up 192 yards on the ground. Moreover, Denver allows the most fantasy points to running backs.

Regardless of Mattison's status for Sunday night, Chandler should be rostered in a lot more leagues. If the former doesn't clear concussion protocol, the latter becomes a must-start fantasy option.

RB Rico Dowdle at Carolina Panthers (4 Percent Rostered)

We may see the Dallas Cowboys steamroll bottom-four teams in back-to-back weeks. Last Sunday, the Cowboys beat the Giants 49-17, which allowed them to expand workloads for backups and role players.

Rico Dowdle led the Cowboys in rushing yards against the Giants, recording 12 carries for 79 yards and a touchdown. Interestingly, he had a more efficient outing than lead ball-carrier Tony Pollard (15 rush attempts for 55 yards).

Pollard isn't going to lose his starting job to Dowdle, but the latter may have done enough to get more touches going forward, especially in lopsided games.

The one-win Carolina Panthers have accumulated the third-fewest yards and scored the fourth-fewest points through 10 weeks. The Cowboys could jump out to an early lead and lean heavily on the run game in the second half.

In that scenario, Dowdle would have a chance to put together another solid outing against a defense that's tied for second in rushing touchdowns allowed (15) and ranks 26th in total run defense.

WR Rondale Moore at Houston Texans (23 Percent Rostered)

Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray's return immediately elevated Rondale Moore's productivity. Last week, Moore caught five passes for 43 yards, both modest but season-high pass-catching numbers.

Behind Marquise Brown, Moore shapes up as the Cardinals' No. 2 wide receiver over rookie third-rounder Michael Wilson, who may need some time to develop a rapport with Murray. Remember, Murray and Moore are in their third campaign together. In Week 10, against the Atlanta Falcons, Moore had two more targets (eight) than Wilson (six).

The Cardinals will host the Houston Texans, who field a pass defense that often bends but doesn't break, ranking 24th in yards allowed while tied for the second-fewest touchdowns allowed through the air.

Yet over the last two weeks, the Texans have allowed 64 points.

This matchup could turn into a high-scoring battle with the Texans' pass-heavy offense and Murray back under for the Cardinals, which gives secondary pass-catchers like Moore a good chance to post an impressive fantasy stat line.

WR Kyle Philips at Jacksonville Jaguars (1 Percent Rostered)

Will Levis hasn't been able to replicate the passing numbers from his NFL debut when he threw for 238 yards and four touchdowns against the Atlanta Falcons. He finished his past two starts without a touchdown pass, though, tossing an interception in both contests.

Though the outside buzz around Levis has cooled, his rapport with Kyle Philips has heated up over the past two weeks.

In Weeks 9 and 10, Philips led the Tennessee Titans in receiving yards, accumulating 61-plus yards in both outings.

Though Philips has a slim margin for production while on the field for just 32 percent of the offensive snaps this season, the Titans' transition from Ryan Tannehill to Levis makes him a sneaky flex play for managers searching through the free-agent pool.

Philips likely benefits from the attention that three-time All-Pro wideout DeAndre Hopkins draws in coverage, and the slot receiver has been able to win his one-on-one matchups, which may be a recurring theme against the Jacksonville Jaguars' 30th-ranked pass defense.

Furthermore, the Jaguars allow the 13th-most fantasy points to wide receivers. With that in mind, you can make the case that a Titans wideout other than Hopkins could post solid numbers this week.

TE Luke Musgrave vs. Los Angeles Chargers (21 Percent Rostered)

7 of 8

Somehow, rookie tight end Luke Musgrave is available in about 80 percent of leagues.

Please understand that productive fantasy tight ends are difficult to find at this point in the season. When you factor in the key injuries at the position with Darren Waller and Dallas Goedert on injured reserve, Musgrave is comically undervalued, and he's in a favorable spot for Week 11.

Musgrave completes our sleeper stack with quarterback Jordan Love as we target the Los Angeles Chargers' 32nd-ranked pass defense. He could produce TE1 fantasy numbers against the Chargers, who allow the seventh-most fantasy points to tight ends.

In nine games, Musgrave is second among Green Bay Packers pass-catchers in receptions (29) and third in targets (39) and receiving yards (313), which illustrates his secure role in the team's aerial attack.

Musgrave has tallied 50-plus receiving yards in back-to-back outings. He has a good chance to extend that streak to three and reach pay dirt for the second time in three weeks while going against the Chargers' weak pass defense.

TE Tyler Conklin at Buffalo Bills (12 Percent Rostered)

8 of 8

Say what you want about Zach Wilson, who's not going to produce fantasy-relevant numbers, but he's elevated Tyler Conklin this season.

With Wilson under center in place of Aaron Rodgers, Conklin has become a consistent contributor to the New York Jets' aerial attack. In five out of nine contests, the pass-catching tight end has racked up 50 or more receiving yards.

Over the previous two weeks, Conklin has hauled in all 13 of his targets for 136 yards. Clearly, he's earned Wilson's trust as wideout Allen Lazard struggles in his first year in New York with a 50 percent catch rate.

As the secondary target in the Jets' passing attack behind wideout Garrett Wilson, Conklin has a decent matchup against the Buffalo Bills, who have allowed an average of 253 passing yards over their past four games. Also, keep in mind that the Bills won't have All-Pro linebacker Matt Milano (fractured leg and torn ACL) patrolling the middle of the field in coverage.

If you're a manager without Waller and Goedert, Conklin could be an immediate and long-term solution to void at tight end.

Eligibility restrictions apply. See draftkings.com for details.
