I went for a dip manicure. I was not happy and the owner told me they looked fine. They clearly don’t look fine. What is upsetting is my friend referred me and he acknowledged he knew her! They are a mess. Just not good business. I would not refer anyone after my experience.Manicure

Critical:Professionalism,Quality,ValueIt’s my 2nd time using this place. It’s 3 minutes from my house, however yesterday I remembered why I haven’t been there more often. As you see in the picture the quality of the service is very poor, I am very disappointed, I didn’t have save technician fro. The last time ( the last time my nails looked better), but another technician was the entire time arguing with the other technicians about whom possibly had moved her trash container from where she had left, and every 10 min or so whe would make same question about the garbage can. And was telling about her personal life to a client that from a good distance I could hear. Made me feel very uncomfortable. I don’t mind paying $30 dollars for a good quality manicure. As you see in the picture the quality of the service is very poor, I am very disappointed, I didn’t have save technician fro. Wonderful little nail salon that has been around a long time. Salon is always clean, they use liners in the pedicure baths. Greg, the boss man, will try and pair you with one person to provide you all of your services so you dont have to go splitting tips up for 3 different people. Lina and Wendy are fantastic if you want any extensions on your nails. Mary is great for a basic manicure pedicure but she doesnt do extensions. Also, I dont believe Wendy does feet but Lina does. Anyways, this salon is awesome. Been going here on and off for years (busy mom so I take nail extention breaks to let them breathe) Definitely reccomend to anybody in the area looking for a new nail salon. Make sure you call to book because eventhough they accept walk ins, they do get very busy with their regular clients.

I went to Nail Depot last weekend for the first time. I got a pedicure and manicure. Everyone from reception to the techs was friendly and accommodating. What I loved most was the time my tech took with each of my services. My nails are beautiful and I’ve received many compliments. This place did not disappoint and will be my new nail salon.

The pedicure was one of the weirder ones I have had in a while. All the tools the lady used were so old school and dirty. The place is very dirty and gross. Praying I don’t get a fungus would not go back.Pedicure

The nail tech I use is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and loves her job. However, the owner is now charging a 3.5% credit card fee which is higher than most other salons. In addition, this is only disclosed upon services rendered. RESPONSE TO OWNER: We are all experiencing in one way or another the effects of COVID. As a customer and business owner, I understand that a fee could be charged in some businesses to off-set costs. However, you need to notify your clients prior to payment. The only sign in your salon when I was there was at the payment stand once services have been rendered. The prices off your salon are in line with other places, so raising prices would be more expensive than similar businesses. Other salons due charge a fee for credit cards but it is reasonable 1% – 1.5%. I may add that during my visit, the precautions of having 6 ft separation were also not being followed, as there was a nail tech sitting less that 6 ft from my nail tech. The employees at your salon are great and hard working. However, it’s all it he way you communicate to people that makes the difference.

I love Nail Depot! They make you feel like family while there, both owners are very Nice and professional. I get my manicures done by Lina. She’s AMAZING! she takes her time to make sure you leave the shop happy . Mama Sonja does my pedicures, She’s SIMPLY THE BEST!!! Very kind and polite lady….

Love Nail Depot. I have been a client since 1992. A few years ago I found the best nail tech in the business. Patty is a wonderful nail tech, her attention to detail is unmatched. Her work is perfection. Even though I’ve moved out of a convenient neighborhood and my work takes me elsewhere, I consistently return. I would not go anywhere else except of course if Patty left.
